Dedicated Account Manager

SlideRoom Technologies is seeking an experienced account manager to join our growing team. You will be supporting clients to fully implement SlideRoom within admissions, HR, and other verticals. This position will also lead future account managers in helping realize SlideRoom's vision of holistic application review.


Requirements

  • Become an expert in SlideRoom products and services
  • Provide dedicated account management to SlideRoom clients and applicants
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the client experience
  • Consult and coach clients to achieve the best results with SlideRoom products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in an autononmous and timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve SlideRoom products and the client experience
  • Work cross-functionally within SlideRoom sales and other Liaison (SlideRoom's parent company) companies to drive revenue and increase satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work and collaborate within a team
  • Some technical experience - ability to troubleshoot issues and identify bugs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Entrepreneurial experience or history of making things (maker)
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
